Sagehens Take Fifth Consecutive Women’s Lacrosse Tournament Final

The Pomona-Pitzer Colleges Sagehens won a fifth consecutive SCIAC Women's Lacrosse Tournament final in an 18-10 decision over Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Colleges.

Tournament Most Outstanding Player Taylor Granville notched the first two goals of the game and later completed a hat trick as the hosts held the lead from wire to wire. Caili Cross put away five goals and made one assist while Shelby Stanton caused four turnovers on defense. 

The Sagehens will await the announcement of their NCAA Championship opponent on the Selection Show this Monday, May 4.
