No. 17 Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Colleges rallied to defeat No. 20 Kean University, 6-3, for a second time having already beaten host No. 14 Tufts University to advance to a second consecutive NCAA Baseball Championship Super Regional.

The Stags fell behind 3-0 in the top of the second inning but once the bats found their groove in the fifth inning it was all CMS the rest of the way. SCIAC Athlete of the Year
Alex Henderson kicked things off with a two-run homer to score
Bryce Didrickson, who doubled in
Keegan Cabrera for the 4-3 lead in the sixth after the right fielder tied the game on an RBI double.
Blaise Hehir sent a sacrifice fly out to right field in the seventh inning and
Josh Jacobs capped the scoring with another RBI double to plate Didrickson in the eighth.
Colin McNiven earned the win as the fourth Stags pitcher to enter the game, with
Jacob Young getting the save.
Parker McGraw and
Brayden Thomas each worked two scoreless innings.
CMS will have a chance to avenge SCIAC and Sixth Street rival Pomona-Pitzer Colleges who fell at No. 8 Johns Hopkins University in a matchup that will feature the top two-ranked home run hitting teams in Division III next weekend.
