Emily was a dual-sport athlete in Women's Cross-Country and Women's Track & Field, compiling accolades across both seasons for the Bulldogs. She was a First-Team All-SCIAC performer in Cross-Country by finishing fifth overall in 2010 and third in 2011. In Track & Field, she was the SCIAC Champion in the 3000m Steeplechase in 2011 & 2012 and the 1500m in 2012.
She was voted the 2012 SCIAC Athlete of the Year and earned First-Team All-West Region honors by the USTFCCCA. Along with the conference and regional accomplishments, Emily was a two-time NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field national qualifier, culminating in the NCAA 3000m Steeplechase Runner-Up in 2012, which earned her All-American recognition. She was also stellar in the classroom and named a CoSIDA Academic All-American.
She currently holds the University of Redlands School Record in the 3000m Steeplechase and the 1500m.
