Henry Grady, a recent graduate from the class of 2023, was a four-year starting goalkeeper for the Tigers.  The three-year team captain led the team to their best finish since 1981 by making it to the conference semifinal game in the 2022 season.  In his senior year he was named honorable mention for the 2022 Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches Division III All-America Team.  

Grady graduated from Occidental with a Bachelor or Arts in Economics and a Minor in History.  He is currently an analyst at Addo Investor Relations in Santa Monica, CA.  Prior to his current role with Addo, he was an analyst for Black Diamond Ventures.  He served as a volunteer assistant water polo coach for his high school, Germantown Academy in Fort Washington, PA.
