Three SCIAC players - Cooper Berry and Greg Pierantoni of Pomona-Pitzer Colleges and Christian Takahashi of the University of La Verne - have been named to the D3baseball.com National Team of the Week.

SS  Greg Pierantoni, Jr., Pomona-Pitzer

Pierantoni slashed .467/.500/1.133 over four games last week with 14 RBI, three homers and a double. He posted 17 total bases and scored six run. With 7 hits in 15 at-bats, he batted. .467 on the week.

3B Cooper Berry, Jr., Pomona-Pitzer
Berry reached first base at a .684 clip as he batted .571 (8-for-14) and walked twice. He hit two doubles and three home runs on the week for a 1.357 slugging percentage. He had 12 RBIs and score seven times.

DH  Christian Takahashi, Jr., La Verne
Takahashi put together an impressive three-game stretch, providing a strong spark offensively for the Leopards. He recorded 5 hits in 9 at-bats while scoring 2 runs, with one of his hits going for a double. Takahashi also made an impact on the basepaths with 2 stolen bases. He capped off the week with a stellar .556 batting average, a .600 on-base percentage, and a .667 slugging percentage.
