Clark ran the fastest 800-meter time in Division III this spring with a 1:50.37 at the University of California, San Diego Triton Invitational. The sophomore was the top collegiate finisher at the open event, finishing behind only one unattached runner while moving up a spot to fifth on the Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Colleges all-time top 10 list.

Name: Deon Jordan
School: La Verne
Year: First-year
Events: Long Jump
Hometown/High School: Moreno Valley, Calif. / Notre Dame Riverside
 
Jordan turned in a personal-best mark in the long jump for the University of La Verne at the UCSD Triton Invitational. The rookie was the top Division III finisher in the open event with a final leap of 6.71 meters that ranks fourth in the SCIAC this spring.
