No. 9 University of Redlands sprinted past Susquehanna University, 96-71, in the first round of the NCAA Division III Men's Basketball Championship.

The Bulldogs scored 60 points in the first half to lead by 25, which would hold as the final margin. Jake Hlywiak shot 9-for-12 from the field with four three-pointers to lead the Bulldogs with 22 points. 

Redlands will await the result of the other regional game that includes host No. 16 Hood College.
