Zika, Matheis Earn All-America Honors as Four SCIAC Teams Crack Men's Swim & Dive Standings Through Day Three

Whittier College's Honza Zika, the 2026 SCIAC Athlete of the Year, placed sixth while Diver of the Year Tommy Matheis of Pomona-Pitzer Colleges finished in seventh to earn All-America honors on Day Three of the NCAA Division III Men's Swimming & Diving Championship.

Zika clocked a 1:47.73 in the 200-yard butterfly while Matheisn scored 462.85 on the 1-meter diving board. Pomona-Pitzer also tied for ninth in the 200 Medley Relay and placed 14th in the 800 Free Relay while Kyle Huang finished 15th in the 200 Fly. Reid Omilian took the final Second Team All-America spot on the 1m board with a 16th-place finish to put Chapman University on the board.
