Sagehens, Poets Add to Totals Through Second Day of NCAA Men's Swimming & Diving Championship

Pomona-Pitzer Colleges and Whittier College added to their point totals with one scoring performance apiece on the second day of the NCAA Division III Men’s Swimming & Diving Championship.

The Sagehens quartet of Casey Jacobs, Jonathan Cong, Diego Hodge and Adrian Clement placed 12th in the 200-yard freestyle relay, clocking a 1:20.54. Whittier’s Honza Zika finished 14th in the 400 IM.
 
Pomona-Pitzer gained 10 points and now ranks 17th with 27 points through two days while Whittier picked up three to sit in 28th. Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Colleges remained at three points, which is good for 40th place.
