Murguia hit .750 with three multi-hit games while totaling four RBI and three runs scored as Pomona-Pitzer Colleges swept a doubleheader over Hamline University and dropped two games to Pacific Lutheran University. The senior was a home run shy of the cycle in a 3-for-3 effort to open the second doubleheader and put away all eight chances seen in the outfielder.

Malen threw a first career no-hitter to key a run of 17 consecutive scoreless innings pitched as No. 19 Chapman University defeated Dickson College, Minnesota-Morris and Pacific Lutheran University between Hawai’I and California. The senior missed a second no-hitter by just one solo shot with 12 strikeouts in 18.0 total innings pitched.
