Day three of the 2025 NCAA Championship saw Pomona-Pitzer Colleges and Claremont-Mudd-Scripps rise to the occasion, posting powerful swims that solidified their positions in the top 15—Pomona-Pitzer in eighth, and CMS close behind in 13th.

Women’s Results

Izzy Yoon opened the evening with an impressive 26.03 in the 200-yard Medley Relay, setting the tone for a sharp performance by teammates Francesca Coppo, Gabriella Calvi, and Valerie Mello. The group shaved off 0.14 seconds from their seed time in a high-energy performance. Yoon later returned to the pool with a personal best of 55.22 in the 100 Back, finishing 10th overall. The 800 Free Relay team for the Sagehens—Karolina Dzieciol, Charlotte Dixon, Maren Rusk, and Valerie Mello—delivered another highlight of the evening, securing a seventh-place finish. Mackenzie Mayfield matched her morning effort in the 200 Fly, maintaining her seventh-place standing through finals. Kiana Tanizaki-Hudson closed out an accomplished career with a 15th-place finish in the 200 Fly, while Sun Young Byun delivered a strong swim to round out the consolation final.
