Woods dropped 18 points on 42 percent shooting in a 72-60 win over George Fox University. The junior added eight rebounds, two assists and a steal while a 7-for-8 mark in the second half helped the Panthers overcome a five-point deficit.

Chong nabbed five steals and grabbed seven defensive rebounds as Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Colleges held the University of California, Santa Cruz and Whitworth University to an average of 52 points in a pair of victories. The senior also scored in double figures in each game (12.0 points per game) while the Athenas forced 41 turnovers and limited both opponents to a meager 5-for-31 from beyond the arc.
