The SCIAC is excited to announce a new partnership with
Engine, an innovative travel platform designed to simplify hotel bookings for athletic departments, coaches, and student-athletes. This collaboration will support the SCIAC office and all nine member institutions year-round — from regular-season trips to championship events.
“Engine will provide an excellent option for our members to help manage costs and streamline travel efficiently department-wide,” Jenn Dubow, Commissioner of the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, said. “We expect our coaches and administrators will quickly appreciate its many potential benefits.”
For many athletic departments, organizing travel for multiple teams is a time-consuming challenge. From shifting schedules to managing accommodations for full rosters, the logistics can quickly become overwhelming. Engine was built to solve these exact challenges, offering sports-focused tools like its Group Booking feature, which enables coaches to secure hotels for their entire season in a single day. The platform also delivers:
	- Direct billing and consolidated invoicing
- Flexible, penalty-free changes
- A streamlined booking system for coaches and administrators
- 24/7 dedicated support from sports travel experts
“We’re proud to partner with the SCIAC to support its conference office, schools, and the broader athletic community,” Joon Lee, Director of Partnerships at Engine, said. “Our mission is to simplify travel logistics so athletic departments can dedicate more time and resources to their student-athletes.”

With access to over 750,000 hotels worldwide and average savings of up to 26%, SCIAC programs can now streamline travel planning while maximizing both time and budget — ensuring teams travel comfortably and efficiently throughout the year.
With no contracts, fees, or operational disruptions, SCIAC programs can begin using Engine immediately to streamline and elevate their travel experience. The SCIAC joins a growing list of NCAA conferences partnering with Engine — including
Conference Carolinas (DII), Mountain East Conference (DII), Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC),
North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC), Landmark Conference, and Southern Athletic Association (SAA) — as Engine continues to establish itself as the leading travel management platform for collegiate athletics.
