Ames was the top SCIAC finisher in the 100-yard dash at the Pomona-Pitzer David Salo & Nancy Crenna College Invite, clocking a 10.9 to beat out 26 runners from across the conference and Division II. The junior also contributed on the first-place 4x100 Relay that recorded the fourth-fastest time in program history at 40.97.

Lamitina won the javelin throw at the Pomona-Pitzer David Salo & Nancy Crenna College Invite by more than 11 meters. The senior’s mark of 63.32 meters (207 feet, nine inches) set a new Caltech program record.
