Kennedy averaged a double-double for No. 12 Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Colleges in road wins at Occidental College and Pomona-Pitzer Colleges. The junior scored 16.5 points per game on 53 percent shooting along with 10.5 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 1.5 steals and 0.5 blocks.

Name: Alex McCleery Brown

McCleery Brown was instrumental in Occidental College’s upset of No. 10 University of Redlands, coming up with four steals and a block to go with 13 defensive rebounds as part of a 28-point, 17-board double-double. The sophomore also brought the Tigers within one defensive stop of No. 12 Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Colleges in a five-point overtime defeat with another 21 points, 11 rebounds and an assist, steal and block.
