Lawrence won all four events for California Lutheran University in a double-dual victory over Caltech and the University of Redlands. The rookie claimed individual wins in the 200-, 500- and 1000-yard freestyle as well as leading off the victorious 400 Free Relay.

School: Claremont-Mudd-Scripps
Year: Junior

Hometown/High School: Half Moon Bay, Calif. / Half Moon Bay

Kearns won both boards as No. 13 Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Colleges defeated Occidental College in a dual meet to open the calendar year. The junior scored an 11-dive 452.00 on the 1-meter board and edged out previously unbeaten teammate Simone Sabeeh again on the 3m with a 258.40
