Division III No. 2 Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Colleges defeated No. 7 Augustana College, 14-5, in the USA Water Polo Collegiate National Championship to advance to tomorrow's final in Rock Island, Ill.

The Athenas overcame an 0-for-6 day on extraman opportunities thanks to an offensive barrage of 28 shots to the hosts' 11. Isabel Del Villar scored twice and assisted on another two goals to lead the Athenas while Mason Spencer and Natalie Stearns combined for three saves in net.

CMS will face No.24/DIII No. 1 Pomona-Pitzer Colleges in the national final on Sunday, May 4 at 10:30 a.m.
