Waddell recorded nine hits in 16 at-bats (.563) while belting her first two home runs of the season to lift Pomona-Pitzer Colleges to a series sweep of Whittier College. She totaled five runs scored and three RBI with a stolen base while also making 16 put-outs and two assists between first base and the mound, where she tossed 9.2 innings including a complete-game quality start.

Name: Ashlyn Flinchum
School: California Lutheran
Year: Jr.
Position: Starting Pitcher
Hometown / High School: Ventura, Calif. / Saint Bonaventure

Flinchum worked a complete game in a 3-0 victory over Baldwin Wallace University, with four of her six strikeouts recorded looking and six total baserunners allowed via five hits and a walk. She punched out the first four batters she faced and held a 3-0 lead from the first inning, overcoming two errors that allowed runners to reach third base.
