Jennifer (Jenn) Dubow was named Executive Director of the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference in 2016 and awarded the title of Commissioner in 2023. She currently serves as President of the Division III Commissioners Association and is on the women's tennis national committee. Her previous committee experience also includes chairing the Women's Tennis Committee and Student-Athlete Reinstatement Committee, as well as serving on the Nominating Committee and Interpretation and Legislation Subcommittee.

Under Dubow's leadership, the SCIAC has achieved unprecedented national success, including 19 team national championship, another 19 individual national titles, 67 College Sports Communicators Academic All-Americans, an Elite 90 winner and four NCAA Woman of the Year Top 30 selections. She has been instrumental in passing significant pieces of legislation governing NCAA committee structure and Championships access and bracketing. As a leading Division III conference, the SCIAC became the third DIII conference to sign a media rights agreement with FloSports in 2024. She has been a staunch advocate for solutions to the national officiating crisis and enhancing sportsmanship across all facets of intercollegiate athletics. 

Prior to joining the SCIAC, she served as Commissioner of the CSAC from 2012-2016 following a stint as Assistant Commissioner from 2009-12. She began her career in conference athletics administration as the Associate Director of the Presidents' Athletic Conference after working in the Duquesne University compliance office for two years.
 
A native of Dana Point, Dubow graduated with honors from Franklin & Marshall College with a degree in Government in 2004, and was a standout member of the Diplomats' women's tennis team for four years. After graduating from F&M, she attended the Duquesne University School of Law, graduating with honors and passing the bar exam in 2008.
