Offensive Athlete of the Week

Name: Ethan Tyng
School: Claremont-Mudd-Scripps
Year: Sophomore
Position: Forward
Hometown: Santa Ynez, Calif.

Ethan Tyng helped Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (CMS) to a 2-0 week in league action that saw the Stags claim a 1-0 victory over Whittier, and a 2-0 win over Caltech. Tyng netted all three of CMS's goals during the week. After scoring what proved to be the game-winner in the win over the Poets in a battle of conference unbeatens, the Santa Ynez, Calif. native scored back-to-back goals just 3:11 apart to give the Stags a two-goal win over the Beavers.

Name: Cameron Korshavn
School: California Lutheran
Year: Sophomore
Position: Defender
Hometown: Torrance, Calif.

In its lone contest of the week, Cameron Korshavn of California Lutheran helped the Kingsmen to a 1-0 shutout victory over Pomona-Pitzer. A defender from Torrance, Calif., Korshavn also provided the offensive heroics for his team as the left back blasted a goal from 30 yards out in the 81st minute to give Cal Lutheran its 1-0 victory.
