Alline Ballard has been a dominant force for Cal Lutheran women’s basketball, establishing herself as a cornerstone and dominant presence on each end of the ball for the Regals.
Ballard, a sophomore, has led the Regals in points per game, rebounds, and blocks in both of her seasons with the program.
Ballard made an immediate impact in her debut 2023-24 season, averaging 13.8 points and 11.5 rebounds per game while also leading the team with half a block to boot.
Building on her dominant rookie campaign in which she was named 2024 SCIAC Newcomer of the Year and a First Team All-SCIAC selection, Ballard would take another step in 2024-25. She averaged 14.3 points, 12 rebounds, and 0.7 blocks per game, once again leading the team in all three categories, and was one of four women in the conference to average a double-double. She was once again named First Team All-SCIAC en route to the Regals' SCIAC Tournament title.
