The top-seeded Occidental College Tigers successfully defended their home field in a 1-0 shutout victory over the University of Redlands on Wednesday night.

A superbly played contest with blistering runs all over the field remained deadlocked through 64 minutes before Tournament Most Outstanding Player Elijah Edelman found Charlie Miller for a go-ahead score. Brady Bachman made six saves for the Bulldogs while the Tigers defense allowed only a single one of 19 shots for Redlands on frame.

The Tigers will await their NCAA Championship destination to be revealed on the Selection Show Monday morning.
