Caprial Loescher is a senior midfielder for the University of Redlands women’s soccer program. She transferred to Redlands from Western Oregon University prior to the 2024 season to “be in a competitive athletic environment and advance my academics.”
In her year and a half with the Bulldogs women’s soccer program she has four goals and two assists for 10 points across 27 games and 25 starts through Redlands’ October 15 game.
Her contributions have been key to the Bulldogs’ success, helping their backline win possession, linking possession with fellow midfielders, and finding attackers in dangerous positions.
Her effect on games has been especially evident in the games she’s contributed a goal as the Bulldogs have gone undefeated with a 3-0-2 record in comparison to a 4-14-4 record in the 22 games without a goal or assist. The winning percentage difference between the two is 41.8 percent. Their points per game (PPG) also drops by 1.07.
She will graduate from Redlands in spring 2026 with her bachelor's degree from the recently created kinesiology program.
After graduating she currently plans to attend graduate school to become a physical therapist.
