Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Colleges senior Georgia McGovern has been named Second Team Academic All-America by the College Sports Communicators.
 
McGovern earned All-America honors from the American Volleyball Coaches Association for third time in her career, taking second-team honors this season. She ended the year with 1086 assists (10.65 per set) and 114 kills, while finishing her career second all-time at CMS in career assists (3823) and first in career aces (221). She will graduate this December from Claremont McKenna with a dual major in literature and film studies.
