Lewison provided the key end-products to keep Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Colleges unbeaten to start the season. She notched the eventual game-winning goal in a 5-0 win over St. Catherine University and the equalizer to salvage a 1-1 tie against the University of California, Santa Cruz.

DePalma made four saves in another pair of shutouts as No. 11 Pomona-Pitzer Colleges maintained their perfect start to the season with a 3-0 win over the University of California, Santa Cruz and 2-0 decision versus St. Catherine University.
