Zhang set a new Caltech record in the 50-yard Freestyle, clocking the second-fastest time in the conference this season at 20.63. He won all four races in a dual meet victory against Whittier College, also claiming first in the 100 Fly, 200 Medley Relay and 400 Free Relay.

Sattley won both diving competitions as Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Colleges recorded sweeps on each board in double-dual meet victories against California Lutheran University and the University of La Verne. He scored 291.25 points on the 1-meter board and 282.80 on the 3m.
