The Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) has several teams who have advanced through the opening rounds of the NCAA Division III Postseason this fall, as well as two teams that will begin their postseason journey this weekend.
Men's and Women's Cross Country
Spalding and the Louisville Sports Commission will host the 2019 NCAA Division III Men's and Women's Cross Country Championships at E.P. Tom Sawyer State Park in Louisville, Ky. on Saturday, November 23. Pomona-Pitzer and Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (CMS) each earned a spot from the West Region on both the men's and women's side.

Men's 8-kilometer race: 7:45 a.m. (PDT) | Women's 6-kilometer race: 8:45 a.m. (PDT)
Two teams from the SCIAC will begin their NCAA Division III Championship journeys on Saturday, November 23. The Chapman football team earned the SCIAC's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament after posting a 7-0 record in conference play to secure the league title outright and an unblemished 9-0 mark overall. The Panthers will host Linfield in the first round of play at 12 p.m. PDT. The winner will play the winner of St. John's (Minn.) and Aurora on Saturday, November 30.
Redlands (9-1, 6-1 SCIAC) earned an at-large bid to the NCAA Postseason and will travel to Mary Hardin-Baylor for a first round tilt on Saturday, November 23. Game time is set for 10 a.m. PDT. The winner will take on the winner of Berry and Huntingdon on Saturday, November 30 in the second round.
The Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (CMS) men's soccer team advanced to the NCAA Tournament Third Round and will take on Centre at 8 a.m. PDT on Saturday, November 23 at Mavec Field in Gambier, Ohio. The winner will take on the winner of Kenyon versus Montclair State at 10 a.m. PDT on Sunday, November 24 in the round of eight. The Stags enter the round of 16 16-3-2 overall, while Centre stands at 18-3-1.
Two SCIAC teams remain in the NCAA Championship including Pomona-Pitzer and Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (CMS).
CMS (11-4-4) will take on sectional host Washington Univeristy (Mo.) (17-1-2) at 9 a.m. PDT in the round of 16 on Saturday, November 23, while Pomona-Pitzer (19-1-1) will take Chicago (14-2-3) at 11:30 a.m. PDT - both games at Francis Olympic Field in St. Louis, Mo. The winners will then meet in the round of eight on Sunday, November 24 at 11 a.m. PDT.
