SCIAC Honors Female Athlete of the Week: CMS' Annie Perizzolo

CMS:  Annie Perizzolo, Swimming
The freshman from Aurora, CO dominated the 200 breaststroke and swam the breaststroke leg on the winning 400 medley relay as CMS beat Pomona-Pitzer 171-68.  She set an Axelrood Pool and CMS freshman record in the 200 with an NCAA-qualifying swim of 2:22.61.  She won the event by over eight seconds and also beat all the men's times in that event.  Her time is the second best in CMS history and is currently second best in the county.  She split 1:05.57 on the relay which also broke the pool record with a time of 4:01.50.  CMS is 5-0 in SCIAC.
