Kourtney Zilbert put together an impressive resume this week as she averaged 18.5 points and 17.5 rebounds in two games. Zilbert started the week with a 17-point, 18-rebound effort in an overtime loss to Pomona-Pitzer. She shot 8-of-14 from the field and added three assists and one steal. In the Poets' second game of the week she led the team to a 66-61 overtime win over Claremont-Mudd-Scripps to clinch the final playoff spot for the purple and gold. The Burbank, Calif., native poured in 20 points and added 17 rebounds. She shot 7-of-14 from the field with one assist and three steals. Of her 35 rebounds for the week 18 of them came at the offensive end of the court.
