Mark Hallman of the Pomona-Pitzer Men?s Swim and Dive program was named to the Google Cloud Academic All-District At-Large Team selected by CoSIDA. This honor recognizes the nation?s top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom.
The NCAA announced the qualified competitors for the 2018 Outdoor Track and Field National Championships on Saturday, May 19. Three members of the Pomona-Pitzer Men?s Track and Field program and three members from the women?s program qualified for the National Championships and will be competing at the Veteran?s Memorial Field Sports Complex in La Crosse, Wisconsin from May 24-26.
The United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association named 10 different athletes from the Pomona-Pitzer Men?s Track & Field Program to the All-Region list in 15 different events on Monday morning. This honor was given to the top-five individuals in each event from each region.

A handful of athletes from the Pomona-Pitzer Men?s Track and Field program competed at the Redlands Last Chance Meet in hopes of qualifying for the NCAA National Championship. Among the few, Carter Floyd qualified for the NCAA after taking first overall at the 800 Meter Run in a time of 1:50.81.

The Pomona-Pitzer Women?s Tennis Team saw they postseason run come to an end as they lost to Claremont-Mudd-Scripps 5-0 in the final round of the West Regional on Saturday afternoon. It was the eighth straight season the Sagehens reached the Sweet Sixteen in the NCAA Tournament.
