Eleven SCIAC Women's Golfers Garner WGCA All-American Scholar Recognition

The Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) had eleven women's golf student-athletes named to the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) All-American Scholar Team as recently announced by the organization. 

A combined total of 1,011 student-athletes across all NCAA divisions earned the distinction with Pomona-Pitzer leading the way for SCIAC representatives with five. Redlands followed with three, while Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (CMS) and Cal Lutheran added two and one respectively. 

The criteria for selection to the WGCA All-American Scholar Team are some of the most stringent in all of college athletics. The minimum cumulative GPA is 3.50. The 2017-2018 WGCA All-American Scholar Team SCIAC honorees are listed as follows:
